Don't Forget To Breathe
This is a podcast that follows the journey of a father who suddenly lost his 20 year old daughter, and his life after a tragedy that no parent should ever endure. I open up and talk about my grief, anger, depression, emptiness, and even those moments of joy, happiness, and learning to laugh again. I’m joined in Season 2 by a Certified Grief Specialist who speaks of her unimaginable loss, but also offers tools and strategies to help grieving parents in our ongoing journey. You are not alone. We understand the emotions you feel. We walk this path with you. Please contact us with questions as we try to offer help in your own journey.
